THE USE OF OUR INFORMATION

All the website content present on Fabric Tension Displays is owned by Fabric Tension Displays. Our text, images and downloadable content is for the use only of our customers. The downloads are only available for products you are purchasing at the time of purchase and not for further ongoing use, unless for continuing purchases. Our text and images are for Fabric tension display purposes only. 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment takes place at the checkout when ordering your fabric tension displays. If you would like to discuss an bulk order, or specific order you can call 01233635923 and we can take your order over the phone. Then an email will be sent detailing your order and an invoice will be sent for payment. An email acknowledgement will be required for processing of your order to commence

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are to the mainland UK only. If you require shipment to different countries please contact us here  Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout as weights and size will all differ

DELIVERY TIMES

We specialise in the custom manufacturing of fabric tension displays of any size. Personalised banners can take 7-10 working days for delivery after artwork has been signed off. If you require our design service, please allow two days for a proof design and then allow 7-10 days after sign off for your delivery. Our standard delivery is between 9am and 6pm and a signature will be required on delivery

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR GOODS

We wil deliver to the ground floor of your building. All unpacking and assembly is the responsibility of the customer. Please check your items throughly and if there is any discrepency, please take a picture and send this to our customer care team at enquiries@fabrictensiondisplays.co.uk It is essential to do this within 24 hours of receiving your item so it can be invesigated

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our products are all sold subject to the product descriptions on each page. We make sure or items are described correctly at the time of publish and update our descriptions often to reflect the market. If you would like more information on any of our products, please contact us

CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS

On a very rare occasion sometimes goods get sent out with minor faults. If you receive a faulty item form us you can apply for a replacement within 30 days of receiving your item. No further charges for delivery and returning your item will apply to you

RETURNS OF PERSONALISED AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Due to our fabric tension displays being personalised to you and your company we are unable to accept returns or exchange items, unless they are faulty

REFUNDS

If you have meet the criteria for faulty goods, we will refund your purchase cost within 2 weeks. We will also provide standard delivery charge refund. Please provide proof of postage when dealing with your refund

GUARENTEES

Our frames are of the highest quality and come with a 5 year guarentee. If you have recieved faulty items or have a guarenteed item and it fails, plaese contact us here

PRINTED PRODUCTS

If you are designing your own artwork, please make sure it meets our requirements and specifications. You can download our files from your order page or we can send them via email after purchase. We are not responsible for any errors withing your orihginal artwork files so please check very carefully. Prices are based on print ready artwork. Please ensure your artwork is ready for print or additional charges may apply

OUR DESIGN SERVICE

If you requiure our design team to create your banners and displays, the artwork belongs to Fabric tension displays and will be stored in secure files.
